I am building a community where women who feel overwhelmed, struggle with self care and feel burnt out can come for support. I will be sharing my special techniques, to help you dig deep, find your inner calm and feel so much more energised.

You feel stressed and overwhelmed. You wake up exhausted! You feel like you are going through the motions? I know exactly how you feel as I’ve been there! As a working Mum, I used to constantly feel overwhelmed and snappy at the people I love. 

If you feel this way, it is a sign you are constantly living off your adrenalin, which is really not good for your health or wellbeing.  

I want to help you: Not to feel guilt about time out for you. – I will make you realise “Self care is so important so your family get the best of you not what is left of you”

I will use key techniques to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, so we tap into the rest & digest, where your body can rest & restore. Creating a more calm energized happy you.

LOCAL 6 week COURSES

If you live locally to Sileby and Melton in Leicestewrshire then my yoga classes might be of benefit.

My 6 week courses are designed to make you go from overwhelmed and exhausted to calm and relaxed. The 75 minute classes are full of lovely yoga, beautiful essential oils and luxury warm blankets

We always finish the class with deep relaxation.

ReTREATS

It took me a long time to realise if you don’t take care of yourself you can’t take care of the people you love. Sometimes we just need time for ourselves, to press the reset button and relax. Have a look at the different retreats and workshops running.

The days generally consist of Yoga and breathing techniques to help create a calm mind and body.
